Is it ok to say " You remind me of the old me"? Is it ok to say " You remind me of the old me"? What I am trying express is that someone has got a quality that I used to have, but now it is all gone probably because I changed.

To make that phrase sound more fluid you could say, “You remind me of how I used to be” or “You remind me of my past self”. If you have any other grammatical questions feel free to ask me directly!

Yes, you can say "You remind me of the old me", but a little more clear to say "You remind me of my old me". Both are casual or informal expressions.
