Are both the same? "at every moment" and "always"

He thought of her every moment of the day. He thought of her always. He was always thinking of her.

It is more common to use always or all the time. At every moment or in every moment is not a commonly used. She talks about him all the time or She is always talking about him. Hope that helps. :) Let me know if you have questions.
