pinta: slang. appearance, look
"¡que buena pinta/pintaza!": you look good/great/fab
"¡que pintaza!: this may be good or bad looking, literally or ironically speaking and in Chile -at least- it may apply for a person, preparation, object, or pretty much anything.

Es algo coloquial pero no se usa en todos lados, lo he escuchado de algunos sudamericanos "tiene pintaza" = "se ve muy bien"

Ey! "qué pintaza" significa algo como "looks good" y es coloquial.
Normalmente se utiliza para comida. Cuando un plato de comida parece bueno, "tiene pintaza" ;)
