Didn't: He, she, it, I, you, we, they - past
Don't: I, you, we, they - Present
Doesn't: He, she, it - Present

As diferenças entre didn't, doesn't and don't são:
didn't: Contração de did not -> É usado para o tempo verbal passado do do, negado com o not.
don't: Contração de do not -> Negação do verbo Do.
doesn't: Contração de does not -> É a negação do verbo DO, mas utilizado somente com: it, he e she, enquanto o do é usado com I, you, we, they

These are contractions, so these are the shortened forms of:
I do not like green eggs and ham. --> I don't like green eggs and ham.
He did not do it. --> He didn't do it.
She does not like eating fish. --> She doesn't like eating fish.
