“Should” in the perfect tense in Welsh
Could you please explain how things like “I should have gone home” work in Welsh?

"Dylwn i fod wedi mynd adre". "Dylwn i", etc. is followed by a verbal noun (with soft mutation since it comes after the subject), so for the perfect tense you just use "fod" and form the perfect in the normal way with "wedi".
