they are both correct ^_^ you could say "pick up your toys!" or "pick your toys up!" you can use both, they both make sense and are both correct =)

They are the same. So when we are writing an essay, if we have to use the same phrase again but we want to avoid repeating the same phrase too many times then we can "switch-use" between the two here.

The both variants are correct when you use a noun. But if you use a pronoun, it is ALWAYS between a verb and a preposition: pick THEM up

This phrasal verb can be separated, so the object can go after or in between. :)
