Can you rephrase your question? Who is being humiliated? The teacher or the student?

You overcome humiliation by growing up.

Hi Dreyfus, If I get you right, you bear humiliation when teaching. I'm afraid, nobody will tell you ''do it like this and everything will be OK". You have to work out your own way to overcome this feeling. Probably the next idea will make it easy: people can be rude to others because they suffer from a lack of confidence, they have low self-esteem and try to assert themselves at the expense of somebody else.

Dreyfus, sorry for the late reply. Your question is hard. I mean it is really hard to stand up for the pupils when rude people are your colleagues or boss. Unfortunately, there is no other honest way to act but to speak in support your pupils. It may cost you much trouble. Actually, being a teacher is not an easy work. Good luck and much patience to you.
