A question about saying Thank you in advance In Japanese.
When I ask questions, I like to try and remember to thank people before they have answered, In English the most common way would be Thanks in advance.
In Japanese I have always just said どうもありがとうございます!
Someone has suggested I say よろしくお願いします. instead.
I know this phrase from どうぞよろしく(お願いします)In my book though it tells me that this is used as like please be kind to me....So Im having a problem getting my head round why I would use よろしくお願いします as thank you...to me it seems more like saying please answer rather than Thank you.
Can you clear this up for me please...Thank you!
