This sentence written in arabic (but in colloquial egyptian arabic) it's mean "what do I do" And if you type "haaa'mel eih" in this case it mean "what will I do" it's divided into "aaa'mel" is a classical Arabic word mean "work" and "eih" is colloquial egyptian mean "what"
