I like you (わたしは あなたが 好き です。)
I have felt you are good person.(わたしは あなたが きにいった。)

好き = a state, liking something
気に入る = a process, something pleased you
Basically, if you like the movie you say: 気に入った。
If you like the hot guy next to you, you say: 彼のことが好き。

気に入る as a whole phrase means to be pleased with, to suit.
and 好き means to like something.
