Is There any difference between "over again" and "all over again"?

Only a difference in degree and emphasis. "I need to do this all over again" sounds more like a complaint than "I need to do this over again" does. But, as usual, it all depends on the context. Hope that helps.

Over again could mean doing something or going through something for a second time and all over again could mean going through something or doing something for a 3rd time or even more.
