Come and practice your English pronunciation with me. We will practice speaking to native English speakers and help you to gain confidence and fluidity in your speech! I will also teach you some idioms and specific conversational skills which will help you learn to speak even more like a native!

Conversational English

These lessons will cover various aspects of English grammar. If there are any particular areas of grammar that you struggle with, we will cover them in detail so that you understand them well and we will practice using the grammar in all areas of English (listening, speaking, writing and reading)

Grammar

English lessons for absolute beginners. We will go through all of the basics of learning English to help you to become much more confident, particularly with pronunciation and grammar.

English for Beginners

These lessons will practice the four main skills in English but not specifically relating to test preparation. We will cover reading, writing, speaking and listening.

English Skills

A lesson category dedicated to teaching children English. These lessons will be focused on being more interactive alongside learning. We will use things like songs, games, phonics, age appropriate stories and other fun things to help kids stay interested in learning. Lessons will be catered to the age and interests of the child taking the class. Please note 90 minute lessons will have a break half way through.

I achieved my CELTA certificate through Apollo English in Hanoi, Vietnam. It was a four week course in which we had to complete a total of 6 observed teaching hours (split into eight 45 minute lessons) alongside completing 4 assignments which involved analysing language, while also finding references that help to teach that language to non-native speakers.

I worked as a kids English teacher at Busan Global Village in Busan, South Korea for 2 years (2022-2024). I have attached a PDF containing relevant parts of my most recent contract alongside some examples of the books I taught. The job role included teaching children different English skills, setting homework for students such as video speaking homework or journal writing homework, creating lesson plans, creating syllabi and teaching classes of up to 23 students.
