English Specific Skills (A1-C1)

Need to speak? In this class, receive immediate feedback on pronunciation and grammar.  Improve your confidence and ability to speak in any situation. Topics chosen by student.  Class time: 30-45 minutes (Message me and I can open more available times as needed.)

60 teaching hours, including ESL focused-courses, enables me to professionally teaching English courses in the state of Tennessee.

Master's of Arts in English . Primary focus on writing (creative non-fiction thesis). Other courses include literary analysis and pedagogy.

Graduate with high distinction. Training in communications. Completed education licensure training (2005-2006).

Taught English to students grades 9-12 (ages 14-19). Courses included freshman writing, creative writing, American Literature. Workshops and experience teaching English-language learners.

Taught English Language Arts (included basic grammar, spelling, reading fluency, speaking communications). Ages 10-15.

Taught English grades 7-12 (ages 12-19). Experience developing lesson plans for English-language learners, grammar improvement, reading comprehension, speaking presentations.
