The room is not big, 3 by 4 meters.  But Lisa has her own bathroom, with toilet.  And a balcony.  And that is special for a student in Amsterdam.  Lisa puts her backpack on a chair and takes off her coat.  So first make tea.  She walks to the large kitchen at the end of the hall.  The kitchen is for all students together.  And that's not so great.  The kitchen is always dirty and messy.  Very dirty and very messy.  Lisa takes the kettle and puts water in the device.  Then she wants to go back to her room.  But the young man and woman are standing at the kitchen door.  "Excuse me," says the woman.  Dan is not home.  Maybe he went grocery shopping.  Can we wait here for a while?' In this episode we are going to learn 【How to invite people】in Chinese.

As a beginner, there're some vocabularies that you didn't learn before, and native speaker's speed seems too fast to understand. But don't worry, let's do it step by step. 
1st time: listen and catch the words you know already, have a guess about the content.
2nd time: look at the text to check if you guessed it right. 
3rd time: listen one more time, repeat after it.
4th time: practice until you can speak as the normal speed without looking at the text.

We have Sports day, which called "Undookai(運動会）" or "Taiikusai（体育祭）", at elemantary, junior high, and high school around the end of September every year. 　Ｉn the Ｕndookai, we have a lot of athletic events; tug of war, boo-toss games, group gymnastics, and so on. 
Today I'm talking about 2 event which I have special memories.  One is "騎馬戦（きばせん)”, the other is "ムカデ競争（むかできょうそう)". Please listen to today's sotry! Thanks!

私が子供のとき、学校の運動会は　9月の終わりごろに行われていました。　
運動会のために、何か月も前から　子どもたちは　練習をします。
運動会でする競技は、綱引き、玉入れ、リレー、ダンス、組体操、騎馬戦など　いろいろあります。
小学6年生のときに　騎馬戦をしました。　騎馬戦は　4人が一つのグループになってします。3人が手を組んで馬になり、ひとりがその上に乗ります。そして、２０騎が　赤チームと白チームに分かれて、戦います。　騎馬の上に乗っている人の帽子が取られたら、その騎馬は死んだことになります。　帽子を取られずに残った騎馬の数で、勝ち負けが決まります。
そして、私は騎馬の上に乗る人をしました。練習のときは、相手チームとちゃんと戦いましたが、帽子を取られることが多かったです。それで、本番では　逃げることにしました。　陣地の隅のほうで、みんなと少し距離をとって　戦いの様子を見ていました。すると、一騎が　こちらに来るではありませんか。「ああ、いよいよ決戦か～」とドキドキしながら待ち構えました。相手の騎手と取っ組みあっていたら、味方の騎馬がこちらに向かって来るのが見えました。よし、このまま持ちこたえれば、味方が敵の帽子を取ってくれる！数秒後、その通りになりました。　私たちのチームは圧勝でした。ちょっとずるかったかもしれませんが、これは作戦勝ちだと思っています。
それから　中学３年のときは　「大ムカデ」という競技をしました。これはクラス対抗のリレー競争なんですが、普通のリレーではありません。　各クラス　男子と女子に分かれます。　そして、縦に1列に並んだクラスメートの足を順番に縄とタオルをつかって、繋げます。そうすると、足がたくさんある大ムカデのようになります。　足がつながれているので、足を動かすときは　みんないっしょに　動かなければなりません。「１，２，１，２，１，２，・・・」という掛け声で、「右、左、右、左・・・」。だれか一人が間違えれば、転んでしまします。運動会の当日まで、体育の授業時間だけでなく、朝　授業の前や放課後にも　みんなで練習しました。　はじめは　なかなか息が合わなくて、しょっちゅう　止まっては、やりなおしていました。でも、何度も何度も練習するうちに　だんだん　足並みがそろうようになりました。
運動会当日には、ものすごい速さで　走ることができるようになっていました。
あのとき、3年生8クラスの中で、何位になったかは　おぼえていませんが、クラスみんなが一丸となって　やり切った達成感を感じたことは覚えています。
