みなさんは【食べほうだい】をしっていますか？
えいごでAll you can eatです。
日本人（にほんじん）は食べほうだいがだいすきです。
やきにく、しゃぶしゃぶ、ケーキ、スイーツ…たくさん食べほうだいのレストランがあります。
わたしは、きょう、パンのたべほうだいに行（い）きました。
クロワッサンやあまいかしパンなどたくさんパンがありました。
パンを10個（じゅっこ）いじょう食（た）べました。
みなさんは食べほうだいに行（い）ったことがありますか？
たべほうだいがすきですか？

食べ放題（たべほうだい）

东施效颦[dōng shī xiào pín]：Dongshi/imitate/frown，to look all the uglier by mimicking the beauty 
越国 yuè guó：A state，In the Spring and Autumn Period of Chinese history
西施 xī shī ：A famous Chinese beauty woman.
东施 dōng sh ：A ugly woman
皱眉 zhòu méi：knit one's brows;frown
捂着 wǔ zhe：Cover;clutch
心口痛 xīn kǒu tòng：heart pain
左邻右舍 zuǒ lín yòu shè： neighbours
 This idiom came to be used to indicate improper imitation that produces the reverse effect.

こんにちは、日本語教師のNatsumiです！
このポッドキャストでは机から離れて日本語の勉強をしたい人のために、
日本語教師のNatsumiがいつも通りに話しています。

「子供を産んでからしばらくは外出できない」っていう話は
「１人で」外出できないって話です！子供と一緒なら外出できるけど、
「１人で」外出するのはハードルが高いよね…って話！
