The Greetings are the first conversation between two people.
Los saludos son la primera conversación entre dos personas:
We have two ways of making salutations: Formal and Informal.
Tenemos dos formas de hacer saludos: Formal e Informal.
The formal way is used when you meet new people, talk with the oldest person, or converse politely.
Here, we have an example of Greeting:
Good morning Mr. Rodriguez. (in Spanish you say)
Buenos días, señor. Rodriguez.
You start the conversation with: Buenos días (at the morning), Buenas tardes (in the Afternoon) and Buenas noches (at the evening or night)
After that, you need to put the profession or etiquette to show respect to men and women
(Mister = señor, Mistress = Señora, and  Miss = señorita)
(don’t forget to add the surname or First name) like this example: 
Señor. Rodriguez or Profesor. Rodriguez 
The second part of the conversation is making information about the person, situation or what do you want to know?
For example:
¿Cómo te sientes hoy?: How do you feel today?
¿Qué tal? = How are you?
¿Cómo estás? =How are you?
¿Qué estás haciendo? = What are you doing?
¿Como esta el trabajo? How is work?
¿Cómo va todo? = How is everything?
You can include more dialog to keep going the conversation.
And, the third part is the farewell or despedida. 
For example:
Adiós = bye
Hasta luego = See you later
Nos vemos pronto = See you soon
Hasta la vista = See you around
Chao = bye
Te veo luego = See you later
Que te vaya bien = Good luck
The informal way is used when you know well the people for example a friend, partner, brother or coworker.
Epale! = Hey
¿Que mas? = What´s up?
¿Qué tal? = How are you?
¿Qué hay de Nuevo? = What´s new?
Hola, ¿Cómo va todo? =  Hi, How is everything?
This part of the dialog can be more flexible according to the country, age, and social group.

はい、こんにちは。洋平先生です。えーっと、今日はちょっと、大切な話をしたいと思います。
特に日本にこれから住む人や、今住んでいる人に、とても大切なことを話しますね。
みんなの日本語の49課と50課で、尊敬語と謙譲語を習いますよね。ちょっと私、個人的に 早すぎるなと思うんですね。まだ初心者ですみんなの日本語語の初級50課まで終わっても初心者なんですよ。

で、尊敬語、謙譲語というと、 日本人でも間違えるんですね。むちゃくちゃな尊敬語、むちゃくちゃな謙譲語を使っている日本人がたくさんいます。で、そのむずかしい言葉を初心者に教えるというのは、うーん、どうなんだろうと思ってるんですが、ま、みなさん まあ大人が多いですよね。みんなの日本語を使って勉強してる人は大人が多いですね。会社に入ると、やっぱり尊敬語と謙譲を話す機会（きかい）が多いと思うんで、まあ、しょうがないですよね、うん、しょうがないです(笑)。

ですが、ちょっと大切なことを多分、たくさんの日本語教師が教えてないんですね。で、それは、日本語は正しい日本語をパーフェクトに話すよりも、 話し方の方が大切な時が多いんですよ。
うん。例えば、みんなの日本語1、中級、中級ですよ。intermidiateの10課の会話ですね。ちょっと読みますね。

・みんなの日本語１中級10課
A：田中さん、きのう、月曜日　””なのに、捨ててありましたよ。””
B：え？どういうことでしょうか。
A：ゴミの中にレポートがたくさん捨ててあってね。あれ、田中さんのじゃないんですか。
B：え、私の？私が月曜日にゴミを出す　””はずがありません””　よ。先週から旅行に行って、さっき帰ってきたばかりなんですよ。
A：え？そうですか。レポートが見えたから、てっきり田中さんのだと思って。
B：レポートを書く人　””なんて””、たくさんいますよ。
A：ああ、ごめんなさい。


でえ～っと、ポッドキャストのところにも会話を書いたんですけど、あのマークがつけてありますよね。
・月曜日なのに捨ててありましたよ。
・ごみを出すはずがありませんよ。
・書く人なんてたくさんいます。

えーま、こういう文ですね。これらの文は、言い方によってとてもきつい強い言い方にもなるんですよ。 
えーっとですね、えー日本人にとって、ちょっと高い声で優しい声を出すことが 大切なんですよ。えー、例えば高い声分かります？高いははーです、低い声があーです。 

でいいですか。例えば、あータナカさん昨日月曜日なのに捨ててありましたよ。
ちょっと優しいですね、気持ち悪いですか(笑)？　はい、私が月曜日にゴミを出すはずがありませんよ。 
レポート書く人なんてたくさんいますからどうですか。ちょっと 変ですか。気持ち悪いですか。えーでもこれが結構大切なことなんですよ。うん
で低い声で、早いスピードで話すとちょっと日本人にとって怖い「怒っているのかな、この人？」という印象（いんしょう）が強くなるんですよ。
はい、ちょっとこのポイントをを頭に置きながら、あ、皆さんにちょっと勉強してほしいなと思うんですね。はいいかがでしたか。

Everyone has their preferred way of drinking coffee. Maybe you like yours black, or maybe you prefer a bit of sugar in it.

But have you ever tried drinking coffee with salt?

Adding a pinch of salt to your cup of coffee is said to make it taste less bitter.

And putting salt in coffee isn't new. In some countries, such as Turkey and Hungary, people have done this for years.

But a cafe in Vietnam is believed to have started the newest trend — salt coffee.

It's a little different from just putting salt in your coffee, though. Salt coffee is said to have come from a small cafe in Hue ("hwEH"), a city in central Vietnam.

The cafe's name, Ca Phe Muoi, is also the name of the drink, since ca phe means "coffee" and muoi means "salt" in Vietnamese.

Salt coffee is made by mixing sweet condensed milk with a base of Vietnamese coffee, and adding salted cream to the top.

The cafe's owners hoped this unique drink would bring in more customers, and it did.

"In Hue, salt coffee became a daily drink like black coffee or white coffee," the cafe's owners told CNN Travel in June.

And it wasn't just in Hue where people fell in love with salt coffee — the cafe's website sells bottles of it to send around the country, and now Starbucks even sells its own version of salt coffee.

Vietnam is one of the world's largest coffee growers, and has a rich coffee culture.

Salt coffee is just one of many unique Vietnamese coffee drinks.

Others include egg coffee (which has a topping of egg yolks and condensed milk), coconut coffee, and yogurt coffee.
