A: "I'm tired, boss. Please, let me go home!" B: "Suck it up, Jimmy! We've got to finish this report by tomorrow!" A: "But it's 3am now and I've been overworking all week! I'm literraly dozing off now!" B: "You can doze off when the job is done! You know much too well that if we fail to make this report we'll lose our biggest client. And that would mean we're done for!" A: "You're right, boss! But I'm not feeling at all well. There's something wrong with my eyes, because right now I'm seeing double. I don't think it's a good idea to let anyone as tired as me even come near a job as important as this in the first place. Plus you know much too well, that.." B: "You'll do me a favour, Jimmy, if you just cut through the crap. The job must be done. Period." A: "All right, boss. That's it. I'm leaving." B: "Over my dead body you are." Does this dialog read OK to you? Thanks!

Also towards the end it would sound more natural for the boss to say this: B: "Do me a favour, Jimmy, and cut the crap. The job must be done. Period." 👍🏼Nicely done, awful boss! 😳

Yeah, great job! The phrase "I've been overworking all week" is a little unnatural. Maybe something like "I've been overworked all week" or "I've been working too much all week" would seem a bit more natural. People would 100% understand what you were saying in the original though. Also, that boss is a jerk and needs a kneecapping :)
