I'm going on a full-scale diet from today. I'm going to both Disneyland and Sea in July, and summer vacation is coming up, so I'd like to be able to wear shorts. Until now, I've been saying that I'm going to lose weight every year, but after all, I ended up without losing weight. I'll definitely lose weight and become cute!

I'm going on a strict diet starting today. I'm going to both Disneyland and DisneySea in July, and summer vacation is coming up, so I'd like to be able to wear shorts. Every year, I say that I'm going to lose weight, but so far, I haven't lost any weight. This time, I'll definitely lose weight, and then I'll be cute!

I'm going on a full-scale /rigorous diet from today. I'm going to both Disneyland and Sea in July, and (the) summer vacation is coming up, so I'd like to be able to wear shorts. Every year, (until now,) I've been saying that I'm going to lose weight, but (after all), I ended up without /not losing any weight. This time I'll definitely lose weight and become cute!
Good luck !

The text is quite comprehensible though there are some “strange” expressions. “After all” is used (though I admit I’m not a native speaker) in a rather weird way. It usually means “at the end of the day” or “despite that” or “actually (in an explanation)”; Eg.1 After all, nobody but the patient has the right to refuse the treatment 2 I’ll come to the concert, they’re my favourite band after all. In stead of “become” you could also use “get”.
