Your tips are very good! I always thought that the ability to take good photos depended only on lighting and angle, but as it turned out, there are many nuances. It's especially useful to pay attention to the background and facial expressions to make the picture look natural. I recently came across an interesting article here https://skylum.com/blog/how-to-take-a-good-selfie about how to take a good selfie. It explains in detail how to experiment with composition and posing to get the best result. I advise everyone to try these tips in practice - the difference will be noticeable immediately.
