I strongly believe that the learning process is already a challenge as it requires not only your desire to learn but also it takes a lot of effort, time, accepting of falls and further willingness to continue even when you think there is no progress anymore in your learning journey and your speaking skills are still far away from the advanced level. The challenge is not to give up! No pain no gain.
