I think, the definition of a superstition is "an irrational belief" and we have to go back hundreds of years to find an explanation for their existence. Sometimes the reason behind is even more bizarre than the superstion it tries to explain...........
i think that supperstition is a part of the reality, but the diference is that how that reality is modified by people and how they can magnify the histories becoming a fantastics myths!
In Spain superstitions are the same as Mexico, from what I've read in Ana's message. There is also bad luck if a mirror breaks (7 years!). Some of these superstitions have "a meaning":
- Black cats: they have always been connected to witches, from their eyes witches can see the world. That's why if you find a black cat you may have bad luck.
- Pass behind a ladder: if you walk under a ladder and something falls you might be injured if it falls when you are under the ladder.
- Tuesday 13: the 13th is considered bad luck because in the last dinner (of Christ) there were 12 apostles and him (Christ)
I don't believe in superstitions but I really like knowing its existence!
In Mexico there are many supperstitions, I can tell, most of those the consequences are bad luck, for example:
You'll have bad luck if you:
-Pass behind a lader
-Found in your way a black cat
-Anything you do on Fridays o Tuesdays 13th
You won't marry if:
-Anyone sweep your feet
-Your younger sister marries before you
Nowadays, people know that this things are not true, but someones prefer to avoid them.

Beside the feature of ghost what we see in different background.
I recently see the same reaction because of the movie ouija. I meant people would tremble and lose their mind. They often think that ghost come to their body.
I heard from report saying that psychologist think those idea still work and hide in our mind.
Those behave would happen under some of conditions. I think I know the feeling so I think they say it.
Our superstition is mixed with buddhism and daolism and a period from ancient chinese theory
I dont get why they become like that ,So crazy.
In naromal life, Cheater can use those symbols to cheat them. They would do anything like adult video do. Just explain it randomly they would believe it. Like sometimes chinese dragon come to a man's body.
You can absorb the honor spirit from the man's cock.
