A

. The
Subjekt
usually follows right after the Verb. And of course, the question mark rounds off the
Satzfrage
.
Examples

- Ja, sie sprechen Spanisch.
- Spielst du gern Fußball?
- Nein, ich spiele lieber Tennis

Subjekt

Super Danke Alex!
So if I were to ask a 'Satzfrage' I could say:
Q: Kommen Sie Montag?
A: Nein, ich Komme Mittwoch.
and to ask a 'Wortfrage'
Q: Warum Sie kommen Mittwoch?
A: Ich habe am Mittwoch Deutschkurse.
