We wouldn't usually use off the table in the sense mentioned in my comment above. You could say "off the scale"

Saying something off the table can mean it won't be discussed or considered, it is unacceptable. So here it could mean your laugh is too extreme (maybe too loud or strange sounding) or unacceptable. Someone could say this to a friend in a friendly, joking way.

Meaning of off the table --- It has been decided that a particular factor is not negotiable in a debate or bargain thus it is considered off the table.

Before, I totally don't understand. Example and Meaning are too general.

After I searched and thought, table is probably relating to "the negotiating table" in a figurative sense.

and off is similar to off your hang( when your hang touch your head, off your hang). I make sense. Thank you.
