Yesterday's dinner:ちゃんちゃん焼き(chan chan yaki)
I cooked "ちゃんちゃん焼き"(chan chan yaki).
It's a product of Hokkaido in Japan.
This is the dish which with grilled, seasoned salmon with the and vegetables and was burned.
1 Make the sauce (bean paste, sugar, and sake).
2 Burn/grill the salmon with olive oil.
3 Also put in and burn/grill the vegetables (cabbage, carrot, onion, mushroom, etc.).
4 Put in the sauce of from step 1, salt and pepper it, then and roast.
This suits beer very much.
I had a very happy weekend.
