Because of his outstanding ability, he is always working in the most challenging projects of our department. He is detail oriented and passionate about coding. He is always dedicated to providing quality work. He checks and rechecks his software before releasing a software program to a client. He is friendly, easy to get along with, well-liked by our clients and respected by his co-workers. Question: Please comment on the applicant’s programming skills, including language used and projects completed: Answer: Chuming is skilled in programming in C, C++, Java etc… He is passionate about writing code. His programs are always top quality with few bugs. The code he wrote is always well structured, easy to read and understand. Other team members usually ask him for help when encountering problems.
