Dear co-workers,
With a span of two years in IBM, it's time for me to move on and embrace a new challenge. In the meantime, I want to express my sincere gratitude for all the supports you have offered during my stay in the past.
My replacement will be Jessica, who is taking over my responsibilities. I am confident that with her many years work experience in accounting field, she will do an excellent job and you will enjoy dealing with her.  

    My handover will last one week till 9July 9th . During the handover period, you could send the email to Jessica directly and cc to me.
At last, I would like to show my appreciate for all the wonderful work we have done and valuable memories we have shared. Wish you all the best for your future endeavors.
