The opening schedule of the actual bar is probably too short and unsuitable for the students habits. Many of them finish late in the afternoon, shortly before the cafè had closed. It would be a good idea if the new one had a longer schedule. It might close after 9 pm to give the opportunity to the students to have dinner there. Another problem of the actual student cafè is the little choise in the menù. The needs of the clients are so many that it should have a wide range of alternative to the classic sandwich. In particular, more and more people are becoming vegetarians and a good bar must e careful to their demand. When the students go to the existing activity. they have problems to find a free table because there are a few seatings. It's important a good furniture. If there were many seatings, many clients could enjoy the ambient. My last reccommendation is about Interne. Nowadays there are points where the people can sta connected to the web everywhere. A free WiFi spot can be very helpful and comfortable for the consumers, To sum up, the new student cafè has to focus your investiments on extending the opening hour, on improving its menu to be suitable to every kinds of clients and modernizing the space adding more seatings. I would seggest a free access to internet in the bar.
