Anji White tea 安吉白茶

I spent 500rmb for some white tea from my brother who said its market price should be about 1000-2000 rmb and I really got a big bargain.
(Why not send it to me as a gift,:( )

So, this white tea is actually a kind of green tea which has genetically mutated.

Its buds turn totally white and its leaves have white hairs.
它的芽突变成白色；叶子上也有白色的细毛。

The tea is baked and stirred just like traditional green tea.
Anji white tea is still cooked, just as in the traditional way that green tea is made, (it's briefly pan fried after harvesting).
