That is read as "Myong, kumapsumnida" Is taht right? I know how to read but I cant understand it totally...
does that mean "thank you"?

Jihye is right, it's a synonym of "감사합니다" which came from Hanja.
The first word '명' seems to be a part of other words or phrases, it could be a person's name.
I can say '명' is not a part of "고맙습니다" for sure.

고맙습니다 means Thanks in Korean.
but i don't know what does "명" mean here;sorry I'm just a beginner.
