How do I say I miss you and I love you in Japanese? If I haven't been able to see my friends in a long time, we say "I miss you." How do I say that in Japanese? and I love you in Japanese.

I can't type in kanji at the moment but I love you is "Aishiteru (wo/yo)" the difference with wo (written in romaji as o ) and yo , is that aishiteru wo is also used by males directed to a female, and aishiteru yo by a female vice versa. The more formal I love you is "Koishiteru" as Koi means love as well. Sometimes you can use "Daisuki (dayo)" to express extreme liking to someone too, it's also common in confessions :D especially in Anime~~

I love you in Japanese.>>> 「愛[あい]してる」means too much... it's such a big word. I doubt people use this very often, between boyfriends/girlfriends. I think we'd rather use 「好き[すき]」「大好き[だいすき]」. Which form of ~~だよ, ~~よ, or ~~です you choose is determined by who you are saying this to.

"I miss you" would literally be 寂[さび]しい (Some people spell/read it as さみしい.), but if you haven't seen your friends in a long time, you can also say 「会いたいね~。」「会いたいよ~。」「会いたいなぁ~」to mean "I miss you" (Literally means "want to meet you".).

You should have waited for a native Japanese speaker to confirm the answer
