How to say in chinese "minced meat" ? 肉酱,绞肉还是肉末?

Minced meat: 肉馅 (raw & uncooked) Minced meat sauce: 肉酱(cooked) Small amount of cooked minced meat: 肉末 We say 绞肉(verb)to mean " to mince meat",but we don't say 绞肉 to mean "minced meat".

"minced meat" 的字面是 剁碎的肉 但現在都用機器絞碎 故稱 絞肉 客家話 稱 肉糜 者 指的是 絞肉(瘦的碎肉)稀飯 意義同 晉惠帝之 "何不食肉糜?" 而非單指 碎肉 肉末 意義同 絞肉 食譜上較常應用 至於 肉醬 通常是指 已煮熟 且經過調味的 做為配料的食物 肉餡 亦同 不過是應用於 包子 水餃等食物

我来自中国南方,我们说(I come from south of China, we say 肉末,绞肉, but if you say 肉酱,we all can understand.
