How can I use "namely" ?
1. I go to the movies a lot with my family in my free time, namely on my weekends or holidays.
2. I do my evening exercises in a neighboring park. Namely, I usually jog on my own, while other times I take a walk there.
3. In the evening, I usually watch TV my family, namely my wife and our two toddlers.
am i right to use the word "namely " in above sentences?

In written AND spoken American English, this word is rarely (if ever?) used anymore.
I wouldn't encourage you to continue using this word, so I am going to give you substitutes/alternative phrases:
1. I go to the movies a lot with my family in my free time, usually on weekends or holidays.
2. I do my evening exercises in a neighborhood park. I usually jog, but sometimes I walk.
3. In the evening, I frequently watch TV with my wife and our two toddlers.

I think it is only correctly used with people or things you can name. Perhaps with major holidays that have titles.
For other instances, I would use chiefly or generally.
