“有”可用在口语和书面语，“拥有”用在书面语中。“拥有”后面跟抽象的词，品质，特征，比如“她拥有一颗善良的心”

如果是日常表达，基本上中国人不会用拥有这个词，用“有”就够了，“拥有”表达带有感情的时候可能才会用到。
