"Kuai le" is similar to "delighted". It usually refers to a mental state that someone feels great pleasure. On the other hand, "xing fu" is similar "happiness". The feeling of "xing fu" usually lasts longer than "kuai le", for "xing fu" is a more stable mental state. For example, you can say that your life is "xing fu" whereas that you feel "kuai le" when you have a good time visiting a new city.

“xingfu”is more meaningful than" kuai le " For example,if you pick up 100 dollors, you'll be "kuai le" but even though you have 1 billion, you don't have friends or relatives, you will not be"xing fu"

Hi, I.B. "Kuai le" is easy; it means "happy/happiness". While "xing fu" is very often translated into "happy/happiness", it's actually an understatement. If you ask me, "xing fu" is more complicated or greater than "kuai le". I personally think a better translation for "Xing fu" could be "fortunate(ness) and blessed(ness)". It can be roughly seen as a mixture of "happy" and "satisfied/secured/complete". Or in short, you can use "xing fu" when you think "I'll ask for no more". For example, you will feel "xing fu" when you can get in a heated room in a blizzard. For someone with insomnia, he/she will feel very "xing fu" when he/she can finally get a good night's sleep. Many people will feel "xing fu" when they can marry someone they really love. Hope this helps.

In my opinion kuai le is a word to express a kind of emotion just as angry. But xing fu is an expression used when you feel be loved. For example;you may feel kuai le when you have fun,and you would feel xing fu when you stay with your lover. That's it.
