I haven't heard this before but I had an idea of what it might be! It's a slang term to say a guy's balls. Another way to say the same idea is...."you've been busting my balls all day about finding this girl." (You've been giving me a hard time about finding this girl all day). You would definitely NOT say this to your parents, elders, or your boss.
