How do you say 'sir' or 'madam' in Japanese? Like when you see a random person on the street, or you're calling a service and want to address the person at the other end. Basically, someone whose name you don't know.

You may find the solution to watch your Japanese friend's talk.

Usually japanese people say さん for calling someone and it uses for both man and woman. ~さん for example Yamada/Tanaka さん good luck!
