AT instead of FOR?
Hello!
Can you explain to me, why we can't use the preposition 'AT' instead of 'FOR' in the sentence like this:
**I want to work AT an independent newspaper.**
If we can, what is the difference of use?
I think you probably could use 'at' if it's understood that by 'independent newspaper' you're referring to the place of work i.e. the office where the newspaper is produced.

You can use "at" - to denote a location. "for" to denote a reason.
