Both are fine, just be consistent - use only one of them.
Apparently "orientate" is an overblown variant of "orient" (working clumsily backwards from "orientation" maybe?) but this is an old opinion. Use either! :)

It really doesn't matter: it's a matter of personal taste. Orientated is used in British and Australian English and oriented is used in America.
