We often prefer to eat the strengthen foods in our breakfast, breakfast will take a major role to complete our mrng works easy with out losing our concentration on our dialy works, we used to take idle,dosa,puri and some other dry fruits and must and should of drinking two glasses of water,we all no the uses of drinking water,so it's the daily routine will happen in my habitat and also in my country
