English/German Grammar and Business English Teacher My main focus is GRAMMAR and BUSINESS ENGLISH (topics listed below). I like to truly focus on helping the student to become more fluent in conversational and written English, German, or Serbo-Croatian by providing helpful tips and tricks to make grammar fun, easy, and comprehensible. I help with different language concepts to help you sound more natural, whether in an everyday or professional setting. Instead of using traditional grammar rules, I use my own little tips and tricks to make the class fun, easy, and effective. Some students have even called me the "grammar surgeon" :D For CONVERSATION classes, I will type out your mistakes with corrections as you speak.

I mainly apply the communicative, audio-lingual, and direct methods which make lessons more interactive. All lessons are tailored to the learning preferences of a particular student to increase motivation and make the lesson more engaging. I also prepare for high level language exams (C1 Goethe Zertifikat for German and French DALF)

In 2001 I began to teach German as a Foreign Language at the German Cultural Center which is the official representative of the Goethe Institute in the City of Monterrey- Mexico. In 2012 I taught German at the University Regiomontana. It was very satisfactory to prepare students to obtain the Scholarships offered by the DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst) to study and to do their Internship in German companies

Ich wollte eine Lehrerin werden, seitdem ich 13 bin. Ich habe mich in zwei Ländern spezialisiert und verschiedene Lernmethoden und Bildungssysteme (Polen, Deutschland, Chile und Argentinien) kennengelernt. Ich will in der Zukunft meine alternative Schule eröffnen, wo Kinder in der Natur Theater und Fremdsprachen lernen. Learning a language is hard work, but there's no rule that says you can't also enjoy it. :) I have worked as a teacher in high school for Dutch and in adult education for Dutch and German. Since secondary school, I have been tutoring students in Dutch, English and German. At the moment I also work as a tutor for criminal law, looking for a place to obtain a PhD. I can easily adapt to your (language) learning needs and style. I believe that you learn the most when you're enjoying what you're doing and having fun. My lessons are conversation based; I do not teach Dutch from scratch and I do not offer a structured A to Z course.
