Always a pleasure to study with Santiago. He is a very patient teacher and goes the extra mile to make sure that his students understand both the large concepts and the small nuances. I would recommend him for anyone learning Spanish.

Santiago is a fabulous tutor. He is very patient, kind, positive, and encouraging. It's clear that he sincerely cares about helping you to improve. His lessons using music lyrics to learn a language are a fun twist! He goes through the lyrics with you, line by line, allowing you to practice reading, pronunciation, and grammar. He explains each word, along with the grammar, if you're interested. If you really get stuck, his English is very good. I love that he also explains phrases, traditions, sayings, and hidden meanings, which I otherwise would miss as a non-native speaker.

Santiago is a great teacher, I really appreciate his style. We practice a lot of conversation skills as we move through his planned lessons, which for me in particular, include a lot of listening comprehension. I feel comfortable to ask him any thing, no matter how small the topic. Santiago is very patient and a super nice guy. He’s very good at explaining things, while keeping it in Spanish as to reinforce the listening skills. I highly recommend him as a professor. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Santiago!
