I currently live in Cape Town, South Africa, the most beautiful city in the world. I have been working in the tourism, Food and Beverage industry for almost 20 years now. I have travelled extensively and worked with predominantly international guests and colleagues. It is always important to adapt your techniques to your students needs, and create a safe environment, where they can learn and grow.
