My name is Farah and I'm a native Arabic speaker (MSA-Iraqi-Egyptian dialects). I am a fifth year medical student and I have always been interested in learning new languages. In the process of learning these languages, I knew what works best to learn a new language and I'm delighted to share it with you in your process of learning Arabic.
I enjoy watching movies of all genres, especially psychological thrillers, period dramas and It would be a delight to meet Harry Potter fans here! I also like listening to classical music and pop music from time to time. It would be great if we have common interests to help in your practise in learning Arabic.Minha atuação como professor
I think learning a new language opens a door to a new culture. That's why I believe that it's important to put effort in teaching students my language the same way I would want to be taught. I also believe that a teacher who is passionate about the subject is more likely to give you better understanding and love for the language than any other teacher.Minhas aulas e estilo de ensino
I teach organized lessons so every lesson will be a milestone for certain learnt words and sentences. I discuss the goal of the student first and prepare my topics, homeworks and quizzes to be finished at a certain amount of time. Practice has a huge importance and that's why we will use every minute of it for your advantage. You will notice how Arabic will be incorporated in your life after the first lesson as I make flashcards and homeworks so that you don't forget what you learn in the lesson.
The most important thing for me is to know the student's purpose of learning Arabic to prepare the lessons well according to the student's interest.Meu material de ensino

Another great lesson with Farah! We covered a lot of ground, and she's already teaching me so many new things. I really appreciate her willingness to explain the complicated and unglamorous aspects of grammar, such as verb conjugations, while also keeping the lesson entertaining. Mashallah she's such a good, patient teacher!

Great first lesson with Farah! We learned the letters in the alphabet and how letters are combined. We also learned greetings and a few basic words like yes and no.

Farah is a wonderfully helpful teacher and she tailored the lesson to my needs exactly. I'm working as a psychologist in an inpatient setting and Farah provided me with lots of useful mental health vocabulary and conversation to practice it. I'm sure her supportive and attentive style would be ideally suited to beginners and more experienced Arabic learners alike! An excellent lesson :)
