I have taken over twenty lessons with Haruna, and I must say that she is a professional, knowledgeable, diligent, and capable teacher. I truly appreciate her careful and patient correction of my grammatical errors and pronunciation mistakes. Haruna has helped me to make significant progress in my study of the Japanese language, and although I am still a beginner, I am confident that with her help I will eventually reach proficiency. Haruna-sensei was very kind and I appreciated her thorough questions in order to get to know me and my learning goals. Though it was difficult to express myself at times, she listened patiently and asked clarifying questions to make sure she understood me. Haruna-sensei adjusted quickly to my level, and I felt that she was very willing to accommodate my requests for the lesson style. She provided useful information in the chat as well. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to study Japanese!

We took our chapter test today and I got almost every answer correct, even the ones where you put the sentence in order. It was a thrill. We spend a lot of time talking during our lessons about various events and activities, and it has really helped me in the workplace, which is why I'm training for the JLPT in the first place. I've noticed myself using more advanced grammar in conversation and when writing (typing). Thank you Haruna sensei!
