It was my first lesson with Cynthia. I've taken over 100 lessons through italki and this is one of the few times where I actually felt like I had a professional teacher. She was able to explain grammatical points, give examples, and then test my understanding. She types a lot in the Skype window so that it's easier to understand and easier to review later. There were no problems with the call quality.

She is very kind and creates a comfortable and motivating learning environment. She not only helps me understand the curriculum but also challenges me to deepen my knowledge of the language, which really improves my comprehension.
