Hello everybody! ✌️
My name is Nicolás, I'm 28 years old and I've been teaching languages for over 7 years. I mainly teach Spanish (which is my first language) and French.
👨🏫I have worked in very important institutions such as the French Alliance (in Ecuador) and EF Education First (in the south of France).
📚🏆I have a Master's degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language from La Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (in Spain).
I have a very good sense of humour (which puts my students to ease) and I'm very interested in learning all about other countries' culture, gastronomy, history.

My students often tell me I'm a very patient person, very smiley and always interested in explaning things in an easy and understandable way. I've learned many languages on my own and I understand the struggles we all go through as students, that's why I'm sure I can relate to students and help them learn while having fun. ALSO! My classes are adjusted to the wishes and goals of my students. For example: if a student wants to improve speaking, we will talk about topics of interest to them ... While we talk, I will make corrections in terms of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation ... That way we will learn by communicating! For the more beginner students, I will evaluate their level in the first class and from that, I will prepare personalised content to be able to fill gaps and teach new things so that they can reach the desired level (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2). This was my first lesson on italki and I was a little nervous to practice speaking for the first time. As soon as the lesson started Nicolas was joking around with me and made the class so fun! He also helped me realize where I need to improve and gave me a plan on what to do before the next lesson to help improve my Spanish. I definitely recommend Nicolas as a teacher and I’m looking forward to having more lessons with him!

Nicolás es un muy buen profesor, se lo recomiendo a todos. Nuestras conversaciones se sienten muy naturales y muy fluidas, como si estuviera hablando con un amigo. Además, Nicolás tiene mucha paciencia y responde a los errores bien, sin interrumpir demasiado la conversación.

Mi hijo ya ha tenido unas ciertas clases con Nicolás. Las clases son muy dinámicas, divertidas y entretenidas.
Cuando buscaba a un profe, estaba un poco preocupada pero Nicolás es muy profesional y hace su trabajo genial!
