▪️ I'm finishing my 🌐 translation degree at FaHCE, UNLP (La Plata, Argentina). I'm most interested in legal translation, translation in the social sciences and humanities (especially education and linguistics). I'm also considering becoming an interpreter.

▪️ I can teach both kids 👧🏽 and adults 🧔🏻, from beginners to advanced students, both in-place and online.
▪️ "Educate" means pretty much "to take or guide someone OUT and FURTHER." Think of education as an infinite field or road 🛣. An educator's role is to get you going towards that endless horizon. You can always go further. You can always learn more.

⚠️ WARNINGS:
▪️ If you have a problem and can't attend the lesson, that's fine. We all have things going on. I'd like an explanation, though. If my students are absent and don't tell me why before, during, or after the lesson, I'll take that as giving up on the lesson, and I won't report a problem.

EmployeeI distributed flyers with official local news in July 2017. I got a promotion, and I started doing surveys to the neighbors of specific parts of the city. Finally, as of February 2018, I worked in the Youth Area for a year. I helped carry out projects aimed at this age demographic, such as a football tournament and CV-making talks for teenagers, and I volunteered in several events to paint and repair public places.

Tomás is a very good teacher. He is intelligent, kind, and encouraging. I like his willingness to help me improve within the structure of discussing topics that interest me, and I like his way of correcting the things I write. My Spanish is improving from working with him. It’s satisfying to get results from fun lessons which I always look forward to. His fluency in English is useful as well. I’d suggest working with Tomás on Spanish or English to anyone, but I can especially recommend his Spanish lessons to native English speakers.

Really enjoyed this first lesson with Tomás! I'm really insecure and anxious, but he did a great job at offering a comfortable space for me to express myself with the Spanish I already have. It was a well-structured lesson and I felt supported by his comments and material in each and every minute. ¡Muchas gracias, Tomás!

Tomas is a nice and considerate teacher. The enjoyment of taking his classes goes beyond language learing and what impresses me more is his insightful opinions on multiple deep topics we discussed, such as education, gender issues, political problems and self-image.
