We have been teaching with Josh for 12 months since last summer. We are very satisfied. Josh has the ability to organize lessons in a more interesting format if the child is not in a good condition and to bring out his abilities. And Josh has a good understanding of South Korea, so when a child doesn't know a certain word, he can often explain it in Korean. This is a great advantage that is hard to find in native speakers.

I was satisfied with my classes. Josh was okay for me. He tried to teach me grammar and introduced new vocabulary using articles. We also had various conversations during our classes, which helped improve my speaking.

His internet and PC were not working well, and he didn't pay enough attention to what I was saying.

Two months ago, I took the IELTS for the first time before starting lessons with Josh. At that time, I scored 5.5 in the speaking section. Then, just a week ago, I took the test again and scored a 7 in speaking! I don't think I did much—I just kept up with lessons with him for about 30 minutes a day. Whenever I spoke, he pointed out better ways to express myself, and I made sure to review them regularly. I didn’t study a lot each day, maybe just those 30 minutes. I think improvement comes with consistency, not just volume. I never felt any pressure during our sessions either, and he's so lively that it never felt boring. If you want to learn useful idioms, expressions, and vocabulary for the test, I totally recommend Josh.
