First full lesson with Chris after the trial and it was so much fun whilst being full of practical lessons and feedback. We started off with a general, friendly chat in Español (including some interesting talk about the weather - a habit that runs deep in my DNA as a Brit!), and by the end of the lesson had viewed some rather funny and challenging content from native speakers, practiced verb conjugations in the subjunctive, and covered new vocabulary. I have a long way to go in improving my pronunciation skills, so I was glad that Chris suggested this as a focus point in the next lesson. 5/5 estrellas, sin duda.

Superb first lesson with Chris! We discussed my goals and how they can be achieved and Chris gauged my current level of Spanish with both reading and listening comprehension tests. For those who want to learn a more neutral Spanish accent, Chris accommodates very well, though he was more than willing to help me learn the Rioplatense accent and mentioned he tailors this to each student. Chris' corrections and explanations were particularly helpful in guiding me in improving my output skills (which lack behind my comprehension skills) and in expanding my vocabulary. A set of exercises were also provided to be completed in advance of next lesson, which I'm looking forward to working through.
