Irida Hoti

I've been studying with Irida for over a year now and I can see my Albanian dramatically improving. Today, Irida gave me an Albanian test where she tested my reading, writing, listening and speaking skills. As a teacher, Irida works to understand what level you are at and build a real curriculum to enhance your abilities. Studying with Irida is the closest thing I've found to having a formal education in Albanian. I highly recommend studying with Irida, she has a sophisticated teaching style that will definitely help you.

Irida is very kind and very helpful - I really enjoy having lessons with her - the lessons are very clear and easy to understand .

A great lesson like always :) I had a lot of speaking practice and I got a very good idea of what the past tense looks like with many different exercises for asking questions and answering them as well as making statements about myself and others. I always feel comfortable speaking even when I know that I still make mistakes.

In today‘s lesson I learned a new tense! It feels like unlocking a lot of new things to say and I‘m excited to see the kind of sentences and questions I can build now. :)

Trust me -- Dr. Hoti is worth every penny! She reminds me of my favorite professor from university. I have always wanted to learn Albanian since I married into an Albanian family, but I never found the right resources, or they were too intimidating for me. However, now I feel very reassured that I have an amazing resources. Dr. Hoti is extremely knowledgeable and is a dedicated linguistic professional. She is extremely kind and approachable. I am so excited to begin this journey to learn such a beautiful language with her. She also emails you a formal lesson plan that you use to study each week. It is very professional. I have already booked more lessons.
